White Tara is a healing therapy massage and spa wellness centre in the heart of Almada, just minutes from the Cacilhas ferry and one ride across the river from Lisbon. We take our name from White Tara, the Buddhist goddess of compassion, healing, and long life — and that spirit shapes everything here: soft light, calming scents, and unhurried, hands-on care.
We opened White Tara to offer something that’s become rare: real, personal attention. There are no fixed routines and no watching the clock. Every session begins with a short conversation about how your body feels that day — where it aches, where it holds tension, how much pressure you like — and the treatment is built around that. Then the phone goes on silent, the lights go down, and the next hour belongs to you.
